The blog offers helpful information about career paths as well. Anna Warren, who maintains the site, spent many years as a music educator herself. She saw a need for a website dedicated to helping talented students find a music degree program.

We received an email from Alex Cohaniuc, announcing a new blog and sheet music resource specific to the flute. We don’t know Mr. Cohaniuc, but the resource seems interesting and, so far as we can tell, the music posted is legitimate. We hope it will be useful to some of you.
The Blog is Creative Flute, and contained within that site is an extensive sheet music archive.

- DayJams Boston, a Rock Music Summer Camp for children 8-15 that takes place in Newton. The camp runs for 5 weeks (5 different sessions) from June 29-July 31st. Children that attend take group lessons on Drum Set, Electric Guitar, Electric Bass, Keyboard, Vocals, or Horn and write an original song with their respective band.
